Calorie calculator results, helpful?



Maintenance:
1826 Calories/day
Weight Loss: 
1461 Calories/day
Extreme Weight Loss: 
1096 Calories/day

Should I try to aim between 1000 and 1500 on different days to avoid anxiety and throwing up? Or would I still start gaining weight..

Hope you guys are having an awesome weekend, I'm having the worst goddamn headache and the smart peson I am, I'm sitting at a computer screen.

  1. I think you should strike a happy medium and go for 1700 for now. You won't start gaining weight. Treat yourself well. Remember the last post? Take time for you and find out who that beautiful girl inside is. Mindfulness works wonders for anxiety. We can't control shit. I wish we could sometimes but that's part of the fun. <3
